Tips Anti-Aging

How do we keep looking young? I'll share some tips for you





  1. Antioxidants that fight free radicals, unstable molecules responsible for DNA damages than lead to aging AND diseases, including cancer. Foods rich in antioxidants are for example citrus fruits (vitamin c), green tea, grapes, olive oil, nuts, turmeric, coffee and cocoa, vegetables - basically all the healthy stuff!
  2. COLLAGEN, the protein responsible for skin elasticity. As we age collagen levels decrease resulting in sagginess and wrinkles.
  3. We must replenish collagen. Foods rich in collagen are fish, bone broth, meat, and eggs
  4. AVOID SUGAR and PROCESSED MEATS /CARBS that have been linked to faster aging
  5. You also want to avoid/limit all habits that WE KNOW age the skin: cigarettes, alcohol, and illegal drugs
  6. It’s important to apply sunscreen when outside for long periods of time
  7. Sleep about 8h/night
  8. Eat three modestly sized meals every day. Don’t skip breakfast. Don’t let yourself get fat.
  9. Build muscle. Muscle not only makes you look younger, it will make you a lot healthier. Muscle can slow aging and preserve a lot of strength and coordination in old age.
  10. Watch your diet. Eat clean 90% of the time. Veggies. Lean protein. Starchy carbs. Healthy fats that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
  11. Keep your brain engaged, active and stay sharp as a tack. Read. Learn languages. Improve your memory. Stop googling everything and don’t rely online personas to make decisions and think for you.
  12. Talk with a positive person.
