5. Apply a face scrub and a betonite clay mask. Limit your use.

6. Consume a lot of healthful food, including 2 fruits and 5 vegetables.

7. Reduce cheese consumption temporarily and stay away from junk food and chocolate to lessen irritated and congested skin.

8. Take a supplement containing magnesium, vitamin Bs, and "Skin, Hair, and Nails."
